By accessing or using the Plaiwoo marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

• "Platform" refers to the Plaiwoo marketplace website and mobile applications
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Plaiwoo Inc.
• "User", "You", "Your" refers to individuals using our Platform
• "Store" refers to independent vendors selling through our Platform
• "Services" refers to all services provided through our Platform

To access certain features of our Platform, you must register for an account. When registering:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• One person may not have multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Plaiwoo provides a platform connecting customers with local stores. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the actual sale:

• Stores are independent entities responsible for their products
• We do not control product quality, safety, or legality
• Product descriptions and pricing are provided by stores
• We facilitate payments but don't guarantee product availability
• Disputes about products should first be resolved with the store

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or stores
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Scrape or harvest data without permission
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions

When making purchases through our Platform:

• You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment information must be accurate and current
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Taxes and fees may apply based on your location
• Currency conversions may incur additional charges

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Plaiwoo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws:

• Store content remains the property of respective stores
• User-generated content grants us a license to use
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content
• We respect intellectual property rights of others

By posting content on our Platform, you grant us:

• A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use
• The right to modify, adapt, and display your content
• You represent that you own or have rights to the content
• You agree your content doesn't violate any rights
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

Your use of our Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Platform, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

• We don't guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access
• We don't warrant the accuracy of information
• We're not responsible for third-party content
• We don't endorse stores or their products
• Technical errors may occur affecting service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plaiwoo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions of stores or other users
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or system failures
• Damages exceeding fees paid in the last 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold Plaiwoo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content posted on the Platform
• Your purchase or sale of products

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement
• Technical or security issues

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Prominent notice on our Platform
• Updating the 'Last Updated' date
• Requiring acceptance for continued use
